Return Policy

• Dear buyer, you can exchange and return the selected goods within three days starting from the date of the day following the receipt of the order, and after this period, you will not be able to return or exchange any of the goods.
•  Dear buyer, you can exchange and return the discounted goods within one day from the date of receiving the order, and after this period you will not be able to return or exchange any of the goods.
• Goods to be returned or exchanged must be in perfect condition, not previously worn, with all tags, in the same packaging and box, and any exchange or return to the contrary will be rejected.
•  In the event that wrong products are supplied that do not match your order, damaged or incorrect, we regret this and we will correct the order as soon as possible, or refund the full amount to you based on your desire, and in all cases, you must contact us with a request to return the wrong or damaged products or Incorrect goods within three days from the date of receiving the order, provided that it is in its original form, and after this period, you will not be able to return or exchange any of the goods.
• The method of returning the amounts is in the case of cash payment upon receipt or in the case of credit card payment by bank transfer including tax within (15) working days.
•  Does not include return or exchange fees, shipping and handling fees.
